1. How long will it take to ship my order?
All ready-to-wear items will be shipped within 2 working days.
Most made-to-measure items will take 2 to 3 weeks to ship; the more made-to-order items in your order, the longer it will take to ship. Deliveries are subject to delays under special circumstances, especially during festive season.
2. Where does Yintimates ship to?
We ship worldwide. If you do not see your country at checkout, please contact us at customerservices@yintimates.com
Tracking number will be provided once package has been dispatched.
For international order, customer is responsible for any fees or duties incurred upon receipt of the goods.
Return and Exchange Policy
Ready-to-wear Item
All made-to-measure items are made specifically to your measurements; if the item needs fit adjustments, we offer one complimentary alterations service within the first week after the order is delivered.
Non-returnable, Non-exchangeable, Non-refundable items
Condition of Returned Items
The returned item must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unmarked with original hang tag intact and delivered back to us within 7 days upon receipt.
Items that are damaged, washed, altered, marked, with missing hangtag or shown sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Other Terms and Conditions of Return and Exchange
Exchange/Return can only be done for 1 time only. All subsequent exchange/purchase after the initial return is not entitled for return anymore.
