We inspect each and every item mid-production, post production and prior shipping to our customers. However, human error may occur. If you receive a defective item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org by including pictures of defects and send us back the item, we will send you a replacement piece, subject to our stock availability.
If the item has sold out, you can choose different product(s) of equivalent value OR choose to be refunded in the form of store credits for future purchase.
Refund in store credits will be done within 48 hours upon receipt and review of the returned items. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credits have been updated.
Note: For all defective item return, we will refund an equivalent store credit based on price paid plus a postage fee, depending on your location.
Item Does Not Fit
In the event that item received does not fit you, please feel free to email us for an exchange of size, subject to our stock availability. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, you may choose a different item or be refunded in store credits.
Non-returnable, Non-exchangeable, Non-refundable items
Due to hygiene concern, all panties sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
All sales items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Custom made pieces are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Items
The returned item must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unmarked with original hang tag intact and delivered back to us within 7 days upon receipt.
Items that are damaged, washed, altered, marked, with missing hangtag or shown sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Other Terms and Conditions of Return and Exchange
Store credits refunded for returned items are valid for ONE year only.
Exchange/Return can only be done for 1 time only. All subsequent exchange/purchase after the initial return using store credit is not entitled for return.
Splitting of store credit to use on multiple/separate purchases is available. However, only the first exchange order is eligible for free shipping.
